Made from Technical wool for heat retention and breathability, fully lined with technical fleece. Can be worn as a jacket or as a layer under the Le Chameau Field jacket. A smart and classically styled country fleece made from 2 boundary pushing fabrics with design details to offer something a bit different, and superior performance when compared to similar gilets. Key Features of the Fairford Gilet: Fabric: A technically treated wool outer, that offer superb heat retention, with a Italian made Pontetorto fleece lining. The 2 layers combine to create an extremely warm gilet, but lighter in weight and less bulky to wear than other similar garments. This makes the Fairford fleece ideal for layering under other garments, or as a standalone outer layer. Pockets: Zipped outer pockets with reinforced leatherette details designed to be hardwearing. Fit: A generous cut though body and shoulder to allow freedom and comfort, with a closer fitting collar which zips neatly under the chin, for extra warmth on colder days.
